At Nexus 3D, we strive to provide high-quality 3D printing services. We understand that there may be instances where you are not satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy below:
Eligibility for Returns
Since all 3D printing orders are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless:
- The item received is incorrect or damaged.
- There is a significant defect or fault in the product’s print quality.
To be eligible for a return or refund, the issue must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving the order, with photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for:
- Customer errors such as incorrect file uploads, design issues, or wrong material selection.
- Variations in color, finish, or minor discrepancies in print quality that do not affect the functionality of the product.
Process for Returns and Refunds

- Investigation: We will review your claim and, if necessary, ask for additional evidence (such as photos). Our team will assess the issue to determine if it qualifies for a return or refund.
- Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will either:
- Reprint the order at no extra cost.
- Provide a partial or full refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping for Returns
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the product if applicable. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
