6. Order Process

• Order Placement: Orders are placed through our website by uploading a file, selecting materials, and confirming the order details.
• Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, we will send you an order confirmation via email. This email will include the details of your order, including the estimated cost, printing time, and delivery time.
• Modifications and Cancellations: Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, modifications may not be possible, and cancellations may incur a fee depending on the progress of the printing process.

7. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing: The price of your 3D print is calculated based on the weight of the printed object, the material selected, service charges, and delivery fees. The price per gram is ₹3 for students and ₹4 for others, plus a standard service charge of ₹150.
• Payment Terms: A minimum of 50% payment is required upfront to initiate the printing process. The remaining balance must be paid before the final product is shipped.

• Risk of Loss: Once the product is handed over to the delivery service, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer. We recommend choosing insured shipping options for high-value items.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

• Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund. Cancellations after 24 hours may incur a fee, depending on the progress of the printing process.
• Returns and Refunds: Due to the custom nature of 3D printing, returns are not accepted unless the product is defective or does not match the order specifications. In such cases, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate a return or refund.
